We know ordering a gown for your big event matters greatly, so we’ve set clear cancellation rules for your reference:

Cancellation Terms

  1. Full refund for cancellations made within 3 days after payment.
  2. Cancellations submitted after the 3 days window qualify for partial refunds: full shipping fees returned, plus 50%–90% of the item cost (10%–50% restocking fee applies).
  3. No order cancellations are allowed once shipment has been dispatched.
